Please be aware that any bookings at Tanleys B&B are dependent on Covid-19 regulations at the time of your booking, allowing travel within the UK to mainland Scotland and the Highlands region.
If you or a member of your party have COVID 19 symptoms please do not travel to Tanleys B&B. If you do arrive with symptoms, you will be asked to leave and return to your home.
If you or a member of your party develop COVID 19 during your stay, please inform your host and return home immediately. You will not be permitted to isolate at Tanleys B&B. You will be liable to pay costs associated with your stay.
On booking, you will be required to give your full home address and full names of all members of your group for track and trace purposes.
There is no requirement for you to wear face coverings other than in the hallway, the only common area in the property, unless you wish to. The host will wear face coverings and maintain social distancing whenever they enter the guest areas.
Hand sanitizer is available in the hallway and in the guest lounge. Please use whenever entering or leaving the B&B.
Between guests, all rooms and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized and soft furnishings steam cleaned and sprayed with a disinfectant spray. All bedding, mattress/pillow protectors and towels will be washed on a hot wash temperature. All duvets and pillows will be disinfected and changed. Rooms will be thoroughly ventilated between guests stays.
Tea, coffee etc is provide in rooms in glass containers and will be replaced between stays.
To minimize contact during your stay, the balance for your trip is requested to be paid 24hrs before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or over the phone by credit /debit card.
Tanleys B&B will not be held responsible if you develop COVID-19 as you are entering, staying, and travelling at your own risk.
Check-in is between 4pm & 9pm. Please do not arrive before this time to allow the host sufficient time to thoroughly clean accommodation between guests stays.
If you are staying for more than one night and would like you room refreshed this can be done by the host at a pre-arranged time or supplies can be provided for you to do this yourself. Please indicate your preference on arrival.
The host has completed the Visit Scotland “Good to Go” Covid-19 compliance training.
As the host is following Scottish Government guidance, these terms are subject to change and we will update you with any changes that may affect your stay. We will do our utmost to protect you from the virus, and we hope that you will do the same for your hosts.
